Refund policy

Women's REGULAR PRICED items are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if item(s):
are returned within 7 days of delivery date.

Items must be same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, odorless (no scents or perfumes) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once return label is sent, item must be sent out within 5 business days.

Once we receive and inspect the items a refund will be issued, all refunds will have a $6 deduction for shipping label return. 

If customer ships an item as a return- that does not meet return policy, customer will be charged $8 shipping fee to get items shipped back to them. We will not refund any items that do not meet our return policy. If customer does not pay $8 shipping fee within 14 days of invoice- items will be donated or discarded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store Credit
Once your item is accepted store credit will be issued. Your store credit will never expire. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your return was delivered to be issued store credit (this allows us to inspect & process returns). Thank you for your patience!

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
